PROPERTY INVESTOR

In 1985 at the young age of 21,

Steven bought his first investment property in the inner Melbourne suburb of Kensington. He fully renovated it including all flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, landscaping etc., then rented it out. It was a huge task, but the impressive outcome inspired him to invest in other properties, most of which he also renovated and either rented or lived in. Steven has owned 18 properties to date and is continually researching the market for the “Next” opportunity to buy.
